Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces may require additional time. Estimated timelines will be provided at checkout or during consultation.

Shipping Options & Rates

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.
  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
  • Orders over $100 may qualify for free standard shipping.

Delivery Time

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.
  • International delivery times vary by destination and customs.
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping

  • We ship to select international destinations.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These costs are not included in the purchase price.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by shipping carriers.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.

Signature Requirement

For security reasons, orders over $500 may require a signature upon delivery.
