- Custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces may require additional time. Estimated timelines will be provided at checkout or during consultation.
Shipping Options & Rates
- We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
- Orders over $100 may qualify for free standard shipping.
Delivery Time
- Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.
- International delivery times vary by destination and customs.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
International Shipping
- We ship to select international destinations.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These costs are not included in the purchase price.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by shipping carriers.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
Signature Requirement
For security reasons, orders over $500 may require a signature upon delivery.
