Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all certificates and tags attached.

Exclusions

Custom, engraved, or resized jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items and special orders are also final sale.

Refunds & Exchanges

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, minus shipping costs. Exchanges or store credit are available within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at [support@email.com] with your order number. We’ll provide a return authorization and detailed instructions. Once your item is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
